Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Scheider Electric VB-22530921 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ledex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 700RTC44Z020U1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 809A07ESERARELAY manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 145002194 by Manufacturer Ledex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Agastat Brand E7012PB004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Agastat such as 920717 equipment made by Agastat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Agastat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Agastat" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 750837 made by Wago as well as the popular 815EOV49 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12ICC51A1A by Ge and 920717 spares by Agastat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 810NX48 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
